Step 1: Go to the "Administration" Tab
Step 2: Click on "Configurations."
Step 3: Please disable/enable the email notification from the "Notifications" section.
Send non-productive app usage notification:
Enabling this option will send an email notification to Manager/Super Admin if the user or employee uses a non-productive application.
Tracker email to manager for approving away time as working time:
If the user edits Attendance/Request for Time Claim, the respective manager or super admin will get a notification email.
Daily Summary Report:
Users will get a summary report of their working hours and productivity hours the next morning
Not meeting the minimum time requirement:
If the user didn't meet the minimum time as configured in the working hours, a notification mail will be sent the next day
Late Login Notification:
If the user logs in late than the mentioned work start time, then an email notification will be sent
Manager Daily Summary Notification:
Managers will get their team summary report notification mail every day
Company Level Productivity Notification:
This Notification email will be sent to super admin on overall company's productivity on daily basis
Time Tracker Suspicious Notification:
If user keeps pressing same key for more than 3 minutes, suspicious activity is detected, and mail is sent to the manager
Tracker Idle alert to manager:
If the user is idle at the time configured here, the mail is sent to the manager.
Work start notification:
If the user starts working, mail is sent to the manager.
Step 4: Click on "Save" after configuring the settings.
Blocked Users: We can stop specific user from getting mails by selecting their names and adding in blocked users
