How to enable the screenshot's and screen recoding roles for managers

Step-1: Go to Administration

Step-2: Go to Advanced

Step-3: Go to Role settings

Step 4: Now select the role to which role you are going to give the screenshot's and screen recoding role permission.

Step 5: Now go to the Monitor section.

Step 6: To see the screen recordings, now enable View Quick Video and View Full Video.

Step-7: To see the live video, now enable View Quick Video and View Full Video.

Step-8: To see the screenshots, now enable View Quick Video and View Full Video.
