  • Working Hours: 
    1. The total time includes the sum of Productive time, Non-Productive time, and Neutral time.
    2. Productive Hours+ Non-Productive Hours + Neutral Hours
  • Working Hours %:
    1. The percentage of Working Hours to the Expected Hours during the shift.
    2. Working Hours % = (Working Hours ÷ Expected Hours) × 100
  • Avg Working Hours: 
    1. Average Working Time on days without leave/holiday/week off and where time exceeds the minimum threshold (MinTimeInMinutesForAvgData).
  • Time On System (TOS):
    1. The actual time the user was working on the system.
    2. Time On System (TOS) = Working Hours - Time Claim (Productive Claimed + Non-Productive Claimed + Neutral Claimed)
  • Productive Hours:
    1. The amount of time spent on productive apps and websites during working hours.
  • Productive Hours %:
    1. The percentage of working time spent on productive apps and websites.
    2. Productive Hours % = (Productive Hours ÷ Working Hours) × 100
  • Productive (TOS):
    1. The actual amount of productive hours tracked by user activity.
    2. Productive (TOS) = Productive Hours - Productive Claimed
  • Productive Hours (+ Idle):
    1. The amount of time spent actively or idly on applications marked as Productive during an active shift. (Includes time when the user is away, but a productive app remains in focus.)

 

  • Productive (TAFS): 
    1. The total duration of time the user has claimed as productive while away from the system, approved as productive activity.
    2. Productive (TAFS) = Productive Claimed

 

  • Avg Productive Hours:
    1. Average of Productive Time on days without leave/holiday/week off and where time exceeds the minimum threshold (MinTimeInMinutesForAvgData).
  • Non-Productive Hours:
    1. The amount of time spent on non-productive apps and websites during working hours.
  • Non-Productive Hours %:
    1. The percentage of working time spent on non-productive apps and websites.
    2. Non-productive Hours % = (Non-Productive Hours ÷ Working Hours) × 100
  • Non-Productive (TOS):
    1. The actual amount of non-productive hours tracked by user activity. 
    2. Non-Productive (TOS) = Non-Productive Hours - Non-Productive Claimed
  • Non-Productive Hours (+ Idle):
    1. The amount of time spent actively or idly on applications marked as Non-Productive during an active shift. (Includes time when the user is away, but a non-productive app remains in focus.)

    1. The total duration of time the user has claimed as non-productive while away from the system, approved as non-productive activity.
    2. Non-Productive (TAFS) = Non-Productive Claimed
  • Neutral Hours:
    1. The amount of time spent on uncategorized apps and websites during working hours.
  • Neutral (TOS): 
    1. The actual amount of neutral hours tracked by user activity.
    2. Neutral (TOS) = Neutral Hours - Neutral Claimed
  • Neutral (TAFS):
    1. The total duration of time the user has claimed as neutral while away from the system, approved as neutral activity.
    2. Neutral (TAFS) = Neutral Claimed
  • Neutral Hours (+ Idle):
    1. The amount of time spent actively or idly on applications marked as Uncategorized during an active shift. (Includes time when the user is away, but a neutral app remains in focus.)
  • Neutral Hours %:
    1. The percentage of working time spent on uncategorized apps and websites.
    2. Neutral Hours % = (Neutral Hours ÷ Working Hours) × 100
  • Idle Hours:
    1. Idle Time refers to the period during which no user activity is detected on the system — including the absence of mouse clicks or keyboard inputs. It indicates moments when the user is logged in but not actively interacting with the system.
  • Idle Hours %:
    1. Idle Time Percentage indicates the proportion of time where the user was inactive compared to the sum of working time and idle time.
    2. Idle Time % = (Idle Time ÷ (Working Time + Idle Time)) × 100
  • Total Hours:
    1. The total time span between the user's login (In Time) and logout (Out Time) during a shift
    2. Total Hours = Working Hours + Away Hours
  • Total Hours %:
    1. The percentage of the total hours to the expected hours for that shift.
    2. Total Hours % = (Total Hours ÷ Expected Hours) × 100
  • Avg Total Hours:
    1. Average of Total Time on days without leave/holiday/week off and where time exceeds the minimum threshold (MinTimeInMinutesForAvgData).
  • Online Hours:
    1. The amount time that tracked by the Time Champ
    2. Online hours = Working Hours + Idle Hours
  • Avg Online Hours:
    1. Average of (Working + Idle Time) on days without leave/holiday/week off and where time exceeds the minimum threshold (MinTimeInMinutesForAvgData).
  • Break Hours:
    1. The amount of time taken by the user for a break, which has not yet been approved by the manager.
  • Offline Hours:
    1. The duration when the system is not actively being used for work. This can occur when the system is in a shutdown or sleep state, or when the user takes a break with non-working reason or without any valid reason for being away 
    2. Offline Hours = Total Hours - Working Hours - Idle Hours
    3. Offline Hours = Total Hours – Online Hours
  • Offline (TAFS):
    1. The total duration of time the user has claimed as non-working time away from the system, approved as non-working activity.
    2. Offline (TAFS) = Non-Working Claimed
  • Away Hours:
    1. Away Time refers to the amount of time during which the user is inactive on the system.
    2. Away Time = Total Time − Working Time
    3. Away Time = Idle Time + Offline Time 
  • Time Away from System (TAFS):
    1. The total time the user has spent away from the system
    2. Time Away From System (TAFS) = Time Claim (Productive Claimed + Non-Productive Claimed + Neutral Claimed) + Non-Working Claimed
  • Late In:
    1. The amount of time a user reported after the scheduled shift start time on valid days (excluding holidays, leave days, and week offs).
  • Early Out:
    1. The amount of time a user left before the scheduled shift end time on valid days (excluding holidays, leave days, and week offs)
  • Absent Time:
    1. The total scheduled shift duration on valid working days when the user was marked as absent or had no attendance record (excluding holidays, leaves, and week offs).
  • Spent Time in Shift:
    1. The total time a user actively spent within their scheduled shift.
  • Shrinkage Time:
    1. The total duration of time lost due to late login, early logout, or full-day absenteeism during scheduled shift hours, excluding holidays, approved leave days, and week offs.
    2. Shrinkage Time = Late In + Early Out + Absent Time
  • Shrinkage %:
    1. The percentage of scheduled shift time that was lost due to shrinkage (late login, early logout, or absenteeism) to the total scheduled shift duration.
    2. Shrinkage Percentage = (Shrinkage Time / Total Shift Duration) * 100
  • Expected Hours:
    1. The Amount of time required to spent by the user
  • Time Claim:
    1. Time Claim refers to the total duration of time that the user has spent away from the system, which has been approved as valid work or activity.
  • Productive Claimed:
    1. Productive Claimed refers to the total duration of time that the user has spent away from the system, which has been approved and categorized as productive. 
  • Unproductive Claimed:
    1. Unproductive Claimed refers to the total duration of time that the user has spent away from the system, which has been approved and categorized as unproductive. 
  • Neutral Claimed:
    1. Neutral Claimed refers to the total duration of time that the user has spent away from the system, which has been approved and categorized as neutral.
  • Non-Working Claimed:
    1. Non-Working Claimed refers to the total duration of time that the user has spent away from the system, which has been approved as non-working time.
